Privacy Policy

This application is an internal cash-forecast tool operated by Mosier Bookkeeping for its staff and client businesses. It connects to QuickBooks Online only to read the data needed to build a weekly cash forecast.

What we access

With an authorized QuickBooks Online connection, the app may read company data within the accounting scope Intuit grants — typically bank accounts, open invoices, and open bills. The app does not create, update, or delete QuickBooks records.

How we store it

Synced QuickBooks data is cached on our server so forecasts can still render if a sync fails. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never logged. Access is limited to authenticated Mosier Bookkeeping users with Owner or Preparer roles, scoped per client.

Disconnecting

A connection can be removed from within the app. Disconnecting revokes the QuickBooks grant (best-effort) and deletes the stored tokens for that client.
